Personalized one-on-one coaching for clients of all fitness levels. If you’re beginner, this is a great opportunity to ease the transition into a new environment. The gym space can be a daunting atmosphere for someone who has very little exposure to it. Allow me to take the pressure off and guide you through this adjustment.

Howdy! My name is Sage Westfall and I am a Personal Trainer in Austin, Texas. I have been training out of Hyde Park Gym since 2022 after moving here from Mexico. I consider myself an outgoing lad who truly enjoys helping others feel strong and capable. I started my own fitness journey at an early age through youth sports like football and basketball. As I ventured through life, my passion for health continued to flourish and become my calling. In addition to being a full time coach, I am also a full time student at the University of Texas studying Psychology. Hook’em Horns! Along with my studies, I also practice Spanish regularly, and am more than happy to use it during our sessions. My well-rounded approach to fitness through Strength , Mobility, and Athletics is my recipe for a long and healthy life. Regardless of your goals, I am confident in my ability to show up and be there for you to ensure that we get shit done while having fun.
