In-Person Sessions

Personalized 1:1 coaching for clients of all fitness levels. We'll work together to build a strong fitness foundation through proper technique, accountability, and programming tailored to your unique health goals. Sessions are held at the Hyde Park Gym, 4125 Guadalupe Street.

  • 60 minute in-person sessions

  • Customized weekly programming

  • Guidance on nutrition, habit building, sleep, and more

  • Team Chat + Events

Hybrid Programming

This option is great for clients who want the 1:1 support of in-person sessions and the flexibility of remote programming. We'll work together to build a customized plan to help you achieve your goals. Through the Train Heroic app you'll receive a weekly program and direct feedback. In-person sessions are available as needed.

  • Remote-first programming

  • Direct remote coaching support

  • Provided via Train Heroic app

  • 60 minute in-person sessions (as requested)

Howdy! My name is Sage Westfall and I’m a personal trainer in Austin, Texas. My fitness journey started at an early age with youth sports, and has grown into a lifelong passion for movement. My approach to coaching is a blend of strength, mobility, and endurance programming designed for life long functionality. Whether you're a new lifter, an experienced athlete, or a new parent, I'm here to help you get shit done and have a good time!
